A gift for my dad ^^ He's not spending christmas this year (again) cuz...of certain reasons. Anyway, I can never get him anything cuz he has everything I could ever afford, and what he wants, I could never afford it. But, he's always loved my drawings, so I made him this one. Hope he likes it ^^ I sent him one done on paper with colored pencils some time ago, but I doubt he'll get it by tomorrow, so, I e-mailed him this one.

A new coloring and drawing style again. I've changed styls like 7 or 8 times this year, and I think I got the drawing style I like, but the coloring is another matter.

Photoshop // inked by tablet.

I dun like how Epona's hair looks, or Link's RED tunic. It's all neon and stuff... xx;

I think this is great ^^
The lines and detail are beautiful. And the colouring is gorgeous too. It looks like he's wearing a pink tunic rather than red, but I think it adds to it rather than takes away. It just makes the pic seem more colourful and original ^^

Epona kinda looks like a giant plushie ^^ but I think her hair looks fine and I love how you did their eyes ^^ very cute.

haha, how did you highlight it? Cuz thats what makes it look so pink. I haven't used photoshop in a while so I don't remember if there's a highlighter tool. But I wouldn't use it on anything but metal textures. I'd just manually find a light red. But I think the pink is amusing xD and very bright and cheerful ^^

Actually, I was using this picture as a guniea pig XD; I usually do use a lighter color to highlight, but this time I used the burn tool for the shadows and...that other one that's in there for highlights just to try it out. I dunno what it's called in English. My photoshop came in Spanish, so I get confused sometimes from the translations ^ ^; It looks like a stick with a ball on top. This pink is just one exception. I was finishing it until 6 am this morning and I didn't want to start over ^ ^; No more pink now XD;
